Primary Responsibilities: - Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the ticketing industry. - Pursue prospects gathered through marketing, trade show, cold calling. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business objectives and pain points. - Demonstrate solutions powered by HoldMyTicket that address client specific requirements and delivery maximum value. - Negotiate pricing, signing bonus, terms and contracts to close deals in a timely manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Represent HoldMyTicket at industry trade shows to promote products as required. - Utilize Salesforce CRM to track, build and monitor your sales plan and targets. - Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Skills & Competencies: - Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities in a competitive market. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs. - Skilled in relationship building and account management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction. - Proficient in using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track performance. - Effective negotiation and contract management skills to drive profitable deals. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong time management and organizational abilities. - Knowledge of the event or ticketing industry and a passion for live experiences is a plus. Minimum Qualifications: - 3 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. - Salesforce experience (preferred). - The ability to showcase experience and strong sales skill set including; lead generation, cold calling, working with CRM systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in event ticketing sales will be considered an asset.
