Senior Director – Capital Markets
Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.)
• Lead structuring, execution, and management of debt facilities for a consumer lending platform • Drive efficiencies and automation throughout the treasury department leveraging AI, data, and technology • Manage relationships with commercial bankers, institutional investors, rating agencies, custodians, and backup servicers • Oversee accuracy of lender, investor, and SEC reporting as applicable to funding • Prepare executive-level materials for board meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics
- 10+ years relevant work experience
- 2+ years managerial experience
- Securitization and capital markets experience required
- Strong AI, modeling, and Microsoft Excel skills
