The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: - Develop scope, implementation plan and timeline for all assigned accounts. - Manage onboarding clients on to internal benefit administration technology platforms through regular calls with clients and internal partners providing status reports and timeline management through post enrollment. - Partner with cross-functional departments for allocation of resources for case implementation. - Develop and maintain client, broker relationships, and ensure NEP services are maintained. - Create renewal strategy and recommendations to sales team and broker books. - Record and track progress on a weekly basis, providing status updates to management through project management systems and CRM. - Embrace and be open minded to new tools and processes and learn how to effectively use them in position. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, best practices, and growth. Qualifications: - Two year college degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred - Licensed insurance broker or ability and willingness to obtain license within one year of assignment - Proven customer service skills - Excellent phone skills, organizational skills, computer and keyboarding skills; knowledge of word processing with Microsoft - Windows and Office experience - Ability to work within a team environment - Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties - Previous experience using agency management system preferred - Able to effectively handle multiple tasks, including using multiple software applications. - Strong technical skills including coverage terms & conditions. - Critical thinking skills and ability to resolve issues or offer solutions with a high degree of accuracy and focus on customer service and account rounding.
