Contracts Manager

CEG Solutions LLC

• Lead negotiations and drive execution across portfolio including prime contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and proposal/RFP terms. • Analyze third-party agreements and amendments. • Identify legal, financial, and operational risks; provide actionable redlines aligned with CEG frameworks. • Manage the "contracts for execution" pipeline by removing blockers and driving momentum toward final signatures. • Ensure executed agreements are organized in a searchable repository and project-specific folders.

Job Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in contracts/subcontracts management, commercial contracting, procurement/vendor contractor, and/or construction/energy services agreements.
  • Strong command of core contract clauses, including indemnity, insurance, limitation of liability, warranties, dispute resolution, termination, payment, schedule/LDs, flow-downs, and change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering, construction management, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Role Description Sun Auto & Tire Service is a leading provider of repair, maintenance, and tire services with over 500 locations and rapidly growing. The Senior Construction Manager oversees new construction, acquisition conversion work and capital projects for the Sun Auto Brand Portfolio. This role defines, prioritizes, and provides oversight for construction project work for the Sun Auto store network. The Senior Construction Manager works in a team environment with key stakeholders to deliver company performance objectives. Travel up to 60% required. Responsibilities - Oversees new store construction activities to achieve timely and cost-effective completion of projects, achieving annual plan goals. - Responsibilities include site feasibility and plan approval. - Interaction and oversight of assigned developers to ensure compliance with construction documents. - Bid process, award and oversight of owner furnished vendors. - Quality assurance and closeout of developer and owner delivered project scopes. - Delivery of completed project to company operations. - Evaluates and recommends continuous improvement to standards and specifications. - Manages conversion of acquired locations to company standards, including scope preparation, budgeting, required architectural plans, permits & zoning, bid process, project oversight, internal reporting, quality assurance, and project close out. - Responsible for coordination with operations to ensure delivery of projects consistent with project scope, specifications, and approved budget. - Manages remodel and other property improvement construction activities in Sun Auto locations. - Acts as owner’s representative to ensure work of general contractors and subcontractors meet scope and schedule. - Ensures quality and conformance to standards. - Responsible for defining, qualifying, and maintaining key contractors and subcontractors by geography. - Evaluates and recommends continuous improvement to standards and specifications to deliver cost-effective spend.
