• Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying high-potential prospects, crafting personalized outreach, and securing qualified meetings for the sales team. • Qualify and nurture inbound leads to assess fit and readiness, routing high-quality leads to the Account Executives. • Research prospective accounts and key decision-makers to identify opportunities and craft tailored outreach strategies. • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to drive revenue growth. • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market approach and improve lead conversion rates. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, leveraging tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting. • Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Familiarity with modern sales tools, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.

The Director of Development is a hands-on, player-coach leader responsible for delivering high-quality WordPress websites at scale while evolving and strengthening our development systems. This role owns development execution across projects from build to launch to post-launch support, while elevating quality standards, improving QA systems, strengthening development processes, and scaling the department for continued growth. This Director level position combines an extensive development background, technical excellence, team leadership, operational ownership, and strategic system-building.
