What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Instructional Designer within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business. In this role, you will design and develop high-impact training and documentation that supports onboarding, continuous learning, and operational excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Department Leads, Product, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex processes and systems into clear, scalable learning solutions. You will report directly to the Senior Director Content & Training and regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners across Operations, Product, and Client Support. How We Work As an Instructional Designer, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Job Summary Responsible for outreaching to members to assist them with the Medicaid Enrollment Redetermination process. This position is responsible for monitoring and optimizing processes related to Enrollment Redetermination. Essential Functions -Monitor and analyze health plan eligibility related to the Medicaid Redetermination and deeming process. -Deliver an exceptional member experience via both telephonic and written outreach.
