Overview The Senior SAP Project Manager leads large-scale SAP transformation programs from initiation through delivery. This role is responsible for managing complex, multi-workstream SAP implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments. The individual partner closely collaborates with business leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation across multiple delivery streams - Partner with business stakeholders and executive sponsors to align project outcomes with enterprise strategy - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical architects, integration teams, and third-party vendors - Drive governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and risk mitigation planning - Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks such as SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid program methodologies - Oversee data migration, testing, change management, and cutover planning activities - Manage global or distributed delivery teams including offshore and nearshore resources - Track financial performance including project budgets, forecasts, and margin targets Required Experience - 10+ years of experience managing SAP programs in enterprise or consulting environments - Proven experience delivering large scale SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations - Strong understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or HCM - Experience managing multi-million dollar SAP programs with complex integrations - Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, and business leadership - Experience managing global delivery teams and partner ecosystems - Preferred Qualifications - SAP Activate or PMP certification - Experience with cloud-based SAP environments (RISE with SAP, Azure, AWS, GCP) - Background in consulting or systems integration organizations - Experience managing program budgets exceeding $10M+ At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Primary Responsibilities: - Assists the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of both large and small projects. - Works effectively and efficiently within prescribed budgets, and monitors performance on a weekly basis. - Develops and negotiates scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants under the guidance of the Project Manager. - Responsible for developing technical solutions to more complex projects by applying engineering knowledge and skills to produce quality work.
