Pricing Specialist

Imagine360

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining new and current provider and PPO information as well as ensuring the accuracy of repricing. Position Location: 100% remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Maintains appropriate turnaround times. - Provides timely and professional communication with outside vendors. - Validate and Maintain Provider Information. - Work returned 1099s - Proactively identifies the need to contact provider or PPO for additional or missing information as necessary. - Researches repricing appeals from PPOs and providers. - Reprices claims accurately and timely. - Provides timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers. - Recognizes and alerts appropriate leadership of trends or other anomalies and participates in the solutions. - Perform all other duties as assigned. - Completes HIPAA training annually. Required Experience / Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of one year of related experience. - Work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in health insurance claims administration or related field preferred Skills and Abilities: - Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products. - Demonstrated organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills as well as detail oriented. - Strong written, telephonic, and oral communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
