Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent. - Must live in Florida. - Proven experience in customer sales. - Call center experience preferred. - Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Professional and engaging phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting performance targets. - Comfortable using call-handling software. - Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude. - High level of adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Bilingual skills a plus.
