Director, Global Service Partnerships

Samsara

• Oversee Samsara's service-delivery partnerships, building and scaling high-quality partner programs. • Support Samsara’s fleet and site installations, software integration, and implementation partners. • Lead and develop the Partner Services team. • Drive strategy and operational excellence across installation and services partners globally. • Build scalable programs, processes, and quality standards that improve partner performance. • Ensure partners support Samsara's expanding product footprint and implementation needs. • Problem-solve with cross-functional teams to simplify large scale deployments delivered by partners. • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing partner relationships.
  • 8+ years of combined program management, enablement, or operations consulting experience.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Consistent track record of building and deploying external programs alongside sales peers to drive revenue.
  • Experience within the fleet management or hardware deployment space is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the commercial fleet space.
  • Experience within Enterprise SaaS sales.
