Role Description This role involves planning and GIS analysis for education facilities. - Develop and refine school attendance boundary scenarios using planning software and GIS tools - Redraw boundaries to reflect new campus openings, closures, and district growth - Support client workshops and public meetings with real-time technical and GIS expertise - Create maps, data visuals, and planning scenarios for client presentations - Incorporate client feedback through post-meeting revisions and follow-up communication - Collaborate with Advisors on long-range enrollment and facilities planning projects - Maintain organized project files, datasets, and documentation - As experience grows, take ownership of select projects and increased client interaction Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Geography, GIS, or a related field - 3–5+ years of experience in planning and/or GIS-focused roles - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment Requirements - Experience supporting K–12 school district planning or facilities planning projects - Exposure to demographic analysis, enrollment projections, or boundary planning concepts - Experience presenting or supporting public meetings or client workshops - Client-facing or consulting experience - Hands-on experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or similar tools Benefits - This role is designed to grow with you, offering opportunities to lead planning projects and strengthen client relationships. • Lead the real-time monitoring of risk exposures across trading and financing with minimal oversight. • Manage crisis response protocols during systemic risk events, making rapid decisions on risk mitigating actions within established risk appetite. • Break down complex risk scenarios into actionable intelligence for trading, sales, and senior leadership. • Collaborate closely with Trading, Sales, Compliance, and Operations to ensure risk considerations are embedded in business decisions. • Deliver daily risk updates to the Financial Risk team and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

About this team and role: Responsible for the global accounting team located in Europe handling all accounting operations including monthly journal entries, review and reporting, consolidation, account reconciliations, accounts payable and expense reporting as well as audit preparation. What you’ll do: - Lead and review the global monthly close and consolidation process including preparation and/or review of journal entries, reconciliations and month end reporting. - Assist with the development and implementation of accounting best practices. Lead the initiation to improve the internal control environment and financial quality. - Develop and mentor an accounting team of two, based in Europe, as well as assist in managing the General Ledger Business Process Outsourcing team based in India. - Collaborate with business partners to improve the efficiency of existing processes and accuracy of financial information at the product level. - Assist in managing relationships with local advisory teams on compliance audits and topics (tax, audit, other reporting). What you’ll bring: - Minimum 7 years progressively advancing experience. Past experience in a global organization required. - 3+ years of management experience. - Experience with multiple levels of consolidation and intercompany transactions including a strong understanding of foreign currency revaluation and cumulative translation adjustment requirements. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
