What You’ll Do - Identify new home development projects by reviewing jurisdictions and public records across the market area. - Conduct online research using government portals, meeting agendas, applications, and other official sources to find, verify, and update project data. - Track permit and application statuses from initial submission through all regulatory steps up to plat recording. - Ensure timely and accurate updates of assigned community and project records using proprietary software tools. - Perform data entry and routine quality checks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Support ad‑hoc research tasks and contribute to process improvements as business needs evolve. Part Time Residential Research Analyst

Role Description Zonda is looking for a part-time Research Analyst. This position offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home. The part-time Research Analyst will be responsible for updating a database of actively selling new home communities in various U.S. markets primarily through outbound calls. You will work 25 to 29 hours per week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule within defined parameters to ensure the job gets done. You must be professional, focused, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to update community records on a timely basis. Applicants must be comfortable making outbound calls as much of this job is conducting phone surveys with sales agents for home builders. - Conduct phone surveys/interviews during business hours to obtain housing data in a region to be determined - Establish & maintain relationships with builders’ sales agents using various forms of communication - Perform internet research to collect current data on new home communities, as needed - Ensure timely and accurate updates of assigned community records - Maintain a reliable schedule and proper communication with the research manager Qualifications - Experience making outbound calls preferred - Understanding of residential real estate or willingness to learn - Strong attention to detail and solid research skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent time-management skills and reliable self-starter - Access to a computer, the internet, and a phone Benefits - Consistent hours within a flexible schedule - Ability to work from home/remotely - Direct deposit paychecks - Phone and internet stipend

Role Description The Customer Success Manager is responsible for serving as a front-line liaison with client relationships. - New Builder Onboarding - Provide direct support for customers, including reporting, invoicing, and regular customer support communication. - Regular meetings with clients to review performance, content, and recommendations for both listings and advertising. - Coordinates with the sales team when the client is interested in other products per AM recommendations. - Work with the builder clients to ensure the integrity of data listed on NewHomeSource.com and affiliated websites. - Interact with customers and troubleshoot problems to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. - Advertising clients – ensuring campaigns are launched promptly. - Act as a liaison between the customer, tech support team, and any other external team members. - Collaborate frequently with internal teams to ensure clients meet financial obligations for services. - Monthly Billing Review - 45-day check-ins with new clients - Proactive in interacting with client personnel. - CRM/Salesforce Updates – Pending Accounts, Request to Cancel, Contacts, Etc. - Daily XML Data Feed Errors - Other projects and tasks assigned.
