This is a Limited Tenure position that has been approved for an approximate end date of 11/1/2028, that may have the possibility of turning into a regular position. In this limited tenure role, you'll be expected to produce and run the communications package for clinical systems projects and programs, from drafting a practical comms plan to executing it. Deliverables typically include: - Message maps/key messages - Stakeholder + audience segmentation - Channel and cadence recommendations - Timeline/content calendar - Ready-to-send written assets (email/newsletter copy, intranet/SharePoint posts, leader talking points, FAQs/quick guides, go-live or downtime updates, and release notes summaries) - Measurement reporting The Senior Communications Specialist is an expert in their field of communications, media relations, social media, digital, news and/or staff engagement communications activities.
