• Define the Practice: Utilize direct field experience to gather the "sampling" required to define the official FDE practice and standard operating procedures. • Build Playbooks & Accelerators: Design standard, reusable, and repeatable service offerings to support efficient growth. • Knowledge Centralization: Contribute to the "PS Intelligence Hub" by transforming scattered project experiences into a centralized, queryable knowledge base for the wider team. • Pattern Recognition & Offer Design: Identify patterns across customer engagements to help evolve pricing models and outcome-based offerings. • Enablement & Scaling: Create frameworks that allow partners and other professional services roles to deliver with the same high quality, paving the way for the global rollout of the FDE model.
Job Requirements
- Strong field engineering background with the ability to abstract specific customer solutions into generalizable methodologies.
