Description Job Title: Assignment Desk Manager Job Location: Irvine, CA - fully remote Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt The ASD Manager is responsible for a variety of duties and prioritizing duties according to the changing, daily need of the business. Responsibilities include This role reports to the Senior Manager, Investigation Support. Full-Time Benefits: - Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays - Health, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Supplemental Health Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts - 401K with Company Match RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate daily activities with the Assignment Setup Department (ASD) team members - Ensure cases and case services are set up in a manner that conforms to Frasco and client guidelines - Identify and correct issues related case set up accuracy and quality or compliance with policies and procedures that may be identified during the case setup or auditing process. - Review and analyze client instructions to ensure they are up to date and accurate - Complete well-written, detailed reports on findings within designated turnaround timeframe - Work closely with team members, investigation support managers and service line directors to identify any processes in need of improvement - Update and annotate corporate case management system with notes and upload/save case related documents - Assist in hiring and training new ASD team members and measure team member performance - Coordinate the updating of client instructions and rates with Frasco's contracts and compliance coordinator - Ensuring balanced workloads between team members - Tracking and maintaining a high level of productivity with the ASD Team - Auditing and reviewing the quality of the completed cases set up by team members - Auditing case files to ensure compliance with objective client service instructions and Frasco best practices - Providing the initial training and follow up training of team members - Producing, updating and maintaining current training materials About Us: Frasco has been in business for 60 years as a family-owned full-service investigation company with hundreds of investigators and regional office nationwide. Requirements Candidates must have: - Associates or Bachelors’ degree with a focus in Business Administration, Accounting, English or Criminal Justice preferred - 1-2 years of general business administrative, accounting, or quality assurance experience - PC literacy, including MS Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel - Experience leading teammates utilizing influence rather than authority - Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities - Intuitive ability to search for and develop relevant information - Knowledge of Social Media platforms - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to read, analyze, and distill information, - Ability to edit investigative reports to ensure they are written in a clear and concise manner utilizing proper grammar and spelling - A self-motivated, self-directed ability to work independently and in a team environment - Ability to switch between tasks based on volume, due dates and organizational priorities - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information - Strong organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask Start your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, is experiencing growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!Ready to make a difference?
