Role Description As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for generating high-quality pipeline within larger MSP accounts. This is not a high-volume dialing role — it’s a strategic, research-driven outbound position focused on penetrating complex MSP organizations. - Partner closely with Senior and Strategic Account Executives to break into named accounts - Multi-thread across technical and executive stakeholders - Create meaningful sales opportunities - Enjoy thoughtful prospecting, personalization, and working alongside senior sellers to win complex accounts What will I be doing? - Be part of our growing MSP sales motion, working remotely and collaborating directly with senior AEs and sales leadership - Partner with Senior & Strategic AEs to develop outbound strategies for named MSP accounts - Research target MSPs (size, growth trajectory, service maturity, tech stack) - Identify buying signals and prioritize outreach - Build structured, multi-touch outreach plans tailored to each account - Prospect into Owners, CTOs, Directors of Operations, NOC Managers, and Service Delivery Leaders - Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn - Craft tailored messaging aligned to MSP pain points (network visibility, alert fatigue, scalability, tool consolidation) - Book qualified meetings aligned to ICP and territory strategy - Maintain strong CRM hygiene and detailed account notes Qualifications - Previous outbound BDR experience (SaaS preferred) - Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts - Understanding of complex buying groups and multi-threading - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High level of personalization in outreach - Comfortable working alongside senior sellers - Operates with ownership, urgency, and strategic thinking - Thrives in a performance-driven environment - Track record of generating qualified pipeline Bonus Points - Experience selling into MSPs - Experience with network monitoring or IT tools - Familiarity with MEDDPICC-style qualification frameworks Company Description Auvik delivers cloud-based network management software that gives IT teams instant visibility and control over their infrastructure — whether on-site, remote, or dispersed across global networks.
