Digital Marketing Manager Rubrik is hiring for a highly motivated, data-driven digital marketer that will help drive our full-funnel paid media efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in the development, implementation, and optimization of various channels, including SEM, programmatic display/OLV/CTV, and paid social advertising. This is a highly cross-functional role on the Marketing team that requires close collaboration across the organization. We are looking for someone who is high-growth obsessed and analytical to effectively measure and run paid media programs, and who will seek to test, improve, and optimize wherever possible. You have solid communication skills and the capability to effectively report on strategy, tactics, and performance. This role would report into our HQ in Palo Alto in a hybrid cadence. Where you can make an impact: - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to acquire traffic and optimize direct response campaigns - Manage the day-to-day execution, optimization and reporting of digital marketing campaigns - Evaluate, recommend, and test new marketing channels including assessing potential traffic sources, negotiating pricing/terms, and launching campaigns within various ad platforms - Collaborate with the cross-functional teams; work with campaigns, product marketing, creative, content, and sales teams to complement efforts and improve the customer lifecycle and performance of marketing investments - Work with international teams to build relevant experiences for users across multiple languages - Measure, analyze, and report performance of campaigns and develop smart segmentation plans and A/B tests to improve performance - Work with database and analytics teams to correctly populate and maintain performance dashboards, and perform ad-hoc analyses - Closely manage complex budgets across multiple campaigns and regions; partnering across the rest of the Paid Media team and Finance Ideal background: - Minimum of 7+ years in high tech B2B success managing direct response and brand advertising programs in areas such as SEM, HQL, programmatic, and paid social media advertising - Comfortable working directly in ad platforms such as Reddit, Meta, and LinkedIn to execute campaigns as well as familiarity working with external agency partners - Consistent track record of successfully launching and running digital advertising campaigns cost effectively with clear return on investment focused metrics. Experience buying CPM, CPC, and CPA online media - Experience building and managing campaigns in salesforce.com, or similar tools - Solid understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, a/b testing, tag management and content management - A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven and decisions - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines Bonus Points - - Experience with Marketo - Experience in Tableau #LI-KY1 The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
