• Analyze incoming AI use cases to determine technical feasibility, data availability, and appropriate risk tiering (green/yellow/red) • Perform detailed data lineage and quality assessments to ensure training/RAG datasets meet governance standards for accuracy and PII/PHI protection • Maintain the 'AI Agent Registry & Catalog,' documenting agent capabilities, API dependencies, and ownership within the Azure APIM and Mesh architecture • Draft technical requirements and 'Definition of Ready' artifacts for the Platform Engineering team • Support the AI Engineering Committee (AIEC) by documenting architectural fit and identifying potential technical debt in proposed solutions • Track the lifecycle of AI models from 'Pilot' to 'Production' to 'Retirement' in the enterprise inventory system

• Partner with Product Owner (People Tech) and People Operations stakeholders to define and prioritize the product vision for HCM functions • Proactively conduct requirements walkthroughs and workshops to clarify needs with development and business teams • Accurately identify and document all key use cases and functional requirements to support the People Tech roadmap • Acquire requirements for sophisticated system improvements and document them in the format of user stories and acceptance criteria • Build business and technical workflows that support and outline the processes the business follows • Review processes and procedures and provide recommendations to the People Operations team regarding ways to optimize efficiencies and standardize data integrity • Facilitate communication across departments to identify potential changes to upstream or downstream processes that impact Payroll, Benefits, and HR Reporting • Perform and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for initial implementations and Workday upgrades • Create comprehensive test plans that align test cases with business requirements and acceptance criteria • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the configuration of Workday and associated People Technology systems • Research industry standard best practices for HRIS/HCM processes and proactively propose system enhancements

• Review, analyze and design solutions using Algo Credit Manager (ACM) product capabilities to address our client’s business requirements such as but not limited to Workflows, Risk Models, BIRT reports, etc. • Provide consulting services to our client during the design of Algo Credit Manager solution, models, processes, applications, and reports focused on credit risk concepts, methodologies. • Implement, research, and consult on Credit Lifecycle Management, workflow design and parameterization, risk modeling and validation activities related to Algo Credit Manager solution on client’s development environment. • Research and generate workflows and risk models to meet client requirements in accordance with industry standards and requirements. • Assists our client with workflow and risk modeling design, and verification during software implementation with use of Algo Credit Manager software to achieve design objectives. • Assist our client’s Development Team in development, user acceptance testing and deployment of design items. • Configure input data mapping for reporting / aggregation components, and design / build custom configuration and logic, and report views to display various portfolio level measures utilizing hierarchies, multiple dimensions, filters / aggregation keys. • Document business requirements, data mapping and data definitions, system designs, configuration specs, calculation logic, use-cases, client processes, and workflows and financial specifications. • Develop customised solutions and modules in a range of development tools, typically, Python, Perl and shell scripting. • Conduct research, data collection and analysis to prepare, present and deliver recommendations and solutions to our client. • Work with various SS&C stakeholders including product owners, development teams and services teams, and with Client stakeholders including Development team, testing team and production team to deliver robust solutions.
