• Analyze incoming AI use cases to determine technical feasibility, data availability, and appropriate risk tiering (green/yellow/red) • Perform detailed data lineage and quality assessments to ensure training/RAG datasets meet governance standards for accuracy and PII/PHI protection • Maintain the 'AI Agent Registry & Catalog,' documenting agent capabilities, API dependencies, and ownership within the Azure APIM and Mesh architecture • Draft technical requirements and 'Definition of Ready' artifacts for the Platform Engineering team • Support the AI Engineering Committee (AIEC) by documenting architectural fit and identifying potential technical debt in proposed solutions • Track the lifecycle of AI models from 'Pilot' to 'Production' to 'Retirement' in the enterprise inventory system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field required
- Five (5) years in Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership required
- Experience documenting technical requirements for data-intensive applications, API integrations, or cloud platforms required
- Background in Healthcare Payer data (Claims, Member, Provider) is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and data profiling
- Understanding of API specifications (REST/JSON) and microservices architecture

Position Description: CGI is seeking a Distributed Systems SME & Architect to implement Recovery and Protection in Disasters (RAPID) systems across North American (US, Canada and Mexico) locations. The goal of the initiative is: • Keep operations running in plants in the event of a ransomware attack • Minimize downtown and financial impact by quickly returning plants to operational status • Offer a portable, compact, and efficient solution with essential hardware, software, and network connectivity To accomplish this, we’re seeking individuals with distributed systems subject matter expertise, systems architecture, and technical project management skills to setup, configure, test, and operationalize the RAPID system. The RAPID systems are standalone compute, storage, and network devices that can run critical plant systems in the event of a plant connectivity down. The ideal candidate will be located in Detroit, Michigan. Remote candidates, within the United States, who are willing to travel to Michigan one week per month, throughout the duration of the project, will be considered. Your future duties and responsibilities: Setup • Hardware and VM Setup – Assemble RAPID HW, get solution online, and create necessary VMs • Shop Floor Application and SQL Install – Install necessary shop floor applications and interfaces on RAPID VMs • Production Environment Prep – Schedule backup of essential shop floor application files for easy retrieval • Runbook Prep – Build plant-specific runbook to outline step-by-step technical and operations process in the event of a DR scenario that requires bringing RAPID online Testing • Bring production App VMs offline – The production application VMs will be shut down (note: in a testing scenario, the SQL VM will not be brought offline due to challenges in migrating production data between environments) • Reconfigure RAPID App VMs – Rename and Re-IP the application VMs. SQL VM on RAPID will not be changed • Restore application files – Restore RAPID folder from Avamar into the RAPID app VMs and move the necessary files • Upgrade applications – Upgrade any applications that need to match production environment version • Connect RAPID to plant network – Hardwire the RAPID solution to the plant’s network • Verify connectivity – Ensure all apps and interfaces are communicating and have database connection • Start production (or perform test builds) – Begin building seats and monitor for issues • Rollback to production VMs – Bring down RAPID VMs, turn on production VMs, and verify running state Operationalize • Identify permanent, isolated location for hardware – the RAPID hardware needs to be powered on at all times to ensure patches are up-to-date • Implement regular testing schedule – Operations and IT Operations to align on testing interval to guarantee plant DR readiness Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • Good understanding of Windows Server, .NET architecture, SQL Server DB • Good understanding of implementation of distributed systems • Ability to translate concepts to easily understandable work packages • Understanding of distributed systems infrastructure – compute, storage, network, backup, restore etc. • Team player, willing to work with applications, plant personnel and various infrastructure teams • Bachelor’s degree Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
