Description Nuclear Online Work Management (NOWM) Transformation Initiative The initiative aims to digitally transform nuclear work management processes to improve efficiency, safety, and data integrity across the nuclear operations. It focuses on modernizing planning, scheduling, and execution workflows through advanced digital tools and integrated data systems. Seeking a Senior Scrum Master with experience supporting a team or project focused in data, data modeling, data science, and/or AI. The Scrum Master (SM) is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering exceptional business value to customers. The SM may be responsible for managing one or several concurrent high visibility teams, projects or assignments which may cross multiple lines of business. The SM may play various roles in practice, including but not limited to Change Management Practitioner, Process Improvement Lead, Program Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master. At a Commercial level, leading large and complex projects consisting of multiple teams and requiring integration with activities outside of the scope of the project deliver team. At a project level, use experienced judgement and skills to design an approach which is suitable to achieve business goals and constraints. At a team level, coach for optimal team dynamics and performance. In performing these roles, the SM will be expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in blending Lean Six Sigma, traditional project management principles and agile practices in the right proportions to fit complex, business-critical projects and initiatives and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability. Primary Duties and Accountabilities 1 Foster teamwork and team effectiveness as a servant leader, scrum master and coach for team(s), independently or with minimal direction. 40% 2 Facilitate daily, sprint, release, roadmap and vision planning and management of solution delivery. 20% 3 Lead team(s) in establishing, using and refining of quantitative metrics of performance and value delivery, independently or with minimal direction. 10% 4 Enable effective flow of information between team, stakeholders and leadership . 10% 5 Lead collaboration of stakeholders through ambiguity or conflict to deliver business strategy. 10% 6 Contribute to innovation through continuous improvement within the department and/or company. 10% Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.
