Job Summary: ICF is seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for conducting and managing agile scrum activities of a development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that scrum rules are followed, and that scrum metrics are gathered to track team’s progress. In addition, the scrum master will be working very closely with the Product Owner, establishing and enforcing sprint priorities and releasing delivery deadlines. • Partner with coaches and leaders to continue the organization’s Agile transformation. • Build trust and strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills. • Educate people across levels and roles on Agile principles and best practices. • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams, and leaders on Agile best practices. • Coach value streams, teams, leaders, and individuals to strengthen Agile and Lean practices and increase value delivery. • Observe teams and ways of working, identify gaps, and introduce opportunities for improvement. • Work with managers to define strategies for transitioning to Lean-Agile practices. • Partner with change agents and stakeholders to help them become effective Lean-Agile champions. • Collaborate with a team of Agile Coaches to deliver a unified message across communications. • Create and train on Agile metrics, leveraging tools and approaches to demonstrate value and foster an environment of innovation, improvement, collaborative solutions, trust, and safety.

• Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. • Custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. • Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. • Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. • Maintains the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
