About BestLife - Emotional Health & Wellness The BestLife Emotional Health & Wellness Center offers compassionate, person-centered mental health and substance use treatment for individuals, families, and couples. Whether challenges are short-term or ongoing, BestLife provides evidence-based care to support emotional well-being and recovery. Services include assessments, therapy (individual, group, family, couples), substance use treatment, co-occurring disorder care, medication management, case coordination, and recovery support. Care is delivered by licensed clinicians and overseen by a board-certified psychiatrist. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Summary The Massachusetts Impaired Driver (MID) Instructor provides group and/or individual clinical services to patients mandated by Court or RMV to complete the driver alcohol education program. The MID Instructor completes initial adult comprehensive assessments for program admission, mid-point evaluations, and exit interviews for each participant. Additionally, the instructor participates in ongoing curriculum development and provides documentation and consultation with probation officers, courts, and the Department of Motor Vehicles. The MID Program is a 16-week educational program for individuals with a first DUI conviction. Participation is court-mandated, requiring attendance at sixteen 2-hour group sessions, a mid-point interview, and an exit interview. Pay Rate: $25+ an hour Open Schedule: Fully remote Key Responsibilities - Demonstrate knowledge of substance use disorders and their impact on social, physical, emotional, occupational, legal, and family functioning. - Support participants in identifying, articulating, and working toward recovery goals while reducing risk of recidivism. - Assist individuals in setting and implementing treatment and recovery goals for substance use and co-occurring disorders. - Assess participant needs, identify stressors and patterns, discuss challenges, and encourage personal growth and self-efficacy. - Participate collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. - Educate, support, and empower participants by sharing information on community resources, recovery supports, and self-help groups. - Maintain current knowledge of recovery-oriented practices through trainings, webinars, and professional development. - Complete required documentation and administrative tasks, promptly report crises or incidents, and promote respect for each individual’s cultural identity.   Equal Opportunity Statement The Mental Health Association is an equal opportunity employer. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Mater's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field OR independent licensure.
  • Experience and proficiency in substance use disorder treatment and recovery, including knowledge of addiction services and local resources.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.

Role Description The Field Service Engineer – Technical Training & Support plays a dual role in both hands-on technical support and product training within the ZF Commercial Vehicle division. This position bridges the gap between field service, customer support, engineering, and training—ensuring high-quality service experiences and knowledge transfer to internal teams, dealers, and end-users. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with technical expertise, who thrives in both field diagnostics and customer education. This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate will be located in the state of Texas (Houston, Dallas, or Austin is preferred). - Serve as a technical field resource to internal ZF teams, OEMs, dealers, distributors, and fleet customers and address call center escalations as a Level 2 technical support resource. - Review the biweekly unit-down list with the call center to proactively identify and resolve field issues and escalate unresolved product concerns to engineering with clearly documented data and root cause observations. - Develop and maintain diagnostic tools and strategies (e.g., parameter decoders, measurement tools) to support efficient issue resolution. - Maintain and leverage working relationships with OE field reps to collaboratively support shared customers. - Deliver web-based and in-person technical training to distributors, fleets, dealer technicians, and internal teams and support the development of new training materials in partnership with the training team. - Conduct internal technical training sessions for cross-functional departments to enhance product knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture through hands-on demonstrations, SOPs, and technical bulletins. - Visit dealerships and service partners in your region to maintain relationships and promote ZF support—travel permitting. - Assist sales and marketing with product positioning by providing technical insights and customer education and identify and support new retrofit opportunities through site visits, technical feasibility analysis, and solution guidance. - Collaborate with internal and external quality teams to investigate field concerns, develop repair strategies, and participate in campaign/recall activities including documentation and instruction review. - Participate in IAM policy development and process support for service-level claims.
