Implementation Engineer

GP Strategies Corporation

• Lead the technical onboarding of new AIQ Ops customers. • Configure AIQ Ops environments to align with customer requirements. • Support implementation planning, technical discovery, and deployment activities. • Validate customer readiness before production go-live. • Execute implementation playbooks and deployment best practices. • Design and configure integrations between AIQ Ops and LMS, HRIS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, LXP, CRM, workflow applications, APIs, and middleware platforms. • Implement SSO and identity management solutions. • Troubleshoot API, authentication, and integration-related issues. • Maintain integration documentation and technical standards. • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout implementation and adoption. • Resolve technical issues and collaborate with Engineering teams when required. • Deliver administrator training and user enablement activities. • Monitor platform health, adoption, and performance. • Support customers through upgrades, releases, and new functionality. • Partner with Product Managers to improve implementation processes. • Provide customer feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions. • Assist with testing and validation of new platform releases. • Develop reusable implementation assets, templates, and deployment methodologies. • Identify automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment workflows. • Maintain implementation documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. • Track implementation KPIs and project milestones. • Ensure deployments comply with security, governance, and compliance requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and implementation teams.

Job Requirements

  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Experience integrating cloud applications using REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of authentication technologies including SSO, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-facing implementation, consulting, or technical delivery experience.
  • Experience working within Agile product and development environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Preferred: Experience within Learning & Development technology environments.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform knowledge.
  • Preferred: SQL and reporting experience.
  • Preferred: Workflow automation experience.
  • Preferred: Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Preferred: AI platform implementation experience.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise software deployments.
