Role Description Times One Hundred is looking for an interim Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator to provide short-term operational cover during a busy continuity period. This is a practical delivery-control role inside a specialist digital agency. The role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery flow across internal specialists and freelancers, including paid media, SEO, email, analytics, and related client work. You will not own channel strategy, client strategy, or commercial decisions. Your job is to make sure the work is visible, owned, moving, and escalated when needed. You will work closely with our Head of Paid Media, Account Manager and the wider specialist and freelancer delivery team. Core purpose: Your job is to keep client delivery, internal actions, specialist work, and operational follow-through visible, owned, and moving. You will coordinate the day-to-day delivery rhythm across specialists and freelancers so that: - Tasks are clear - Owners are confirmed - Deadlines are visible - Priorities are understood - Blockers are surfaced - Follow-ups happen - Client work keeps moving - Senior people are not carrying every loose end in their heads This is not a strategic leadership role. It is a hands-on delivery coordination role. Qualifications - Project coordination or project management in a digital marketing agency or fast-moving service business - Coordinating day-to-day work across specialists, freelancers, or delivery teams - Managing multiple client-facing workstreams at once - Turning messy conversations into clear actions - Chasing owners and keeping work moving - Working with account managers, specialists, freelancers, and senior leaders - Using task/project management tools, ideally Asana - Preparing concise operational updates - Working remotely through Slack, Google Workspace, and shared task systems - Turning ambiguity into clarity Requirements - Highly organised - Detail-focused - Calm under pressure - Practical and action-oriented - Comfortable chasing people - Clear and concise in writing - Low-ego - Commercially aware - Good at spotting gaps, blockers, and risks - Comfortable working with imperfect systems - Able to operate without heavy hand-holding - Comfortable coordinating specialists without needing to be the technical expert - Able to create accountability without formal line-management authority - Good at getting updates from busy delivery people without annoying - Confident enough to say, “This needs an owner, date, or decision before it can move.” Benefits - Experience in interim, continuity, or rescue-style delivery roles - Experience working with founder-led agencies - Experience improving Asana without overcomplicating it - Experience working with UK agencies from South Africa or a similar time zone Success looks like - Important work has owners and dates - Specialists know what is expected and by when - Freelancers are coordinated properly - Blockers are visible - Follow-ups are not dropped - Paid media deadlines and dependencies are tracked - SEO, email, and analytics delivery actions are visible - Risks are raised early - Daily/weekly updates are short and useful - Colleagues feel supported, not micromanaged - Executive lead has less operational chasing to do - The team feels calmer, not more burdened

Role Description As a Paid Media Specialist , you will thrive in reaching and engaging vast audiences through innovative advertising. You'll have the autonomy to build and test your ideas, with the opportunity to become a defining force in paid media best practices. Key responsibilities include: - Full ownership of paid media strategies and production on accounts across entertainment, e-commerce, and more. - Design, manage, optimise, and scale ad campaigns across various channels on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging channels. - Devise full strategies that support the client's key objectives and measurement model. - Taking the lead on client comms and calls, confidently conveying the value we're adding. - Collaborate with the paid media team and client account manager for business growth and audience development. - Craft ad copy, collaborate on creative requirements, and manage tracking. - Analyse data for insights and opportunities, proposing ad budget allocations. - Document processes and train colleagues on successful processes. Qualifications - 3+ years of agency experience in paid social and search advertising, with a passion for excellence and innovation. - Strategic and hands-on, able to influence behaviour and drive results at scale. - Adept at managing multiple clients and projects, demonstrating agility and a proactive problem-solving mindset. - Excellent communication skills, can provide clear reporting, and are committed to continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends. - Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Supermetrics/DataSlayer, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation is a plus. - Reside (and can legally work) anywhere in South Africa with reliable internet. Benefits - Salary: R 35 000 - R 65 000 per month before taxes. - Medical Aid: We’ll contribute up to R 3 500/month on top of your salary. - Retirement/GAP top-up: We’ll contribute R 700/month on top of your salary. - Leave: 33 days per year (SA and UK public holidays included). - Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm GMT/BST. - Equipment: We’ll provide a MacBook Air and anything else you need to work from home.
