Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management for a brand, creative, or marketing team.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading full-funnel B2B marketing programs spanning brand, demand generation, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, web development, copywriting, and video production workflows.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented, systems-thinking mindset.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools, automations, and digital asset management systems.
- Familiarity with modern B2B marketing motions such as demand generation, product-led growth, account-based marketing, and lifecycle marketing, preferred.

Role Description We're looking for a Program Manager (SDLC) to join our new Business Transformation Office (BTO). In this role, you'll lead end-to-end delivery for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Office Ally.
