Role Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience with manual and automation testing to join our fast-growing team. We're looking for team members who bring at least two years of software testing experience leveraging platforms such as Selenium and can work well in an Agile Team to deliver critical software solutions to a large federal program. - Collaborate with our development teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases and scenarios. - Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including manual, automated, API, performance, and regression tests. - Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA. - Build automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Provar, or similar tools. - Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure that new enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality. - Participate in the deployment process by conducting smoke tests and verifying successful deployments in different environments. - Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design. - Serve as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how to make our software solutions defect free when delivered. - Ensure testing documentation is updated based on the new user requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies. - Write, implement and report status for system test cases for testing based on system design specifications. - Provide regular status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to your team and project stakeholders as necessary. - Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to enhance the quality of testing efforts. - Execute accessibility and Section 508 testing. Qualifications - Three (3) years of experience in Salesforce testing. - Two (2) years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce QA Engineer with test automation tools such as Selenium or Apex testing framework. - Experience with Agile delivery and Jira. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, configurations, and capabilities. - Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Experience working in a virtual environment. - Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, ISTQB Certifications preferred. - Ability to acquire a Public Trust clearance. Role Description ICF is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Maryland to assist in the delivery of residential energy efficiency programs. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct comprehensive energy efficiency quality assessments in accordance with utility program standards in Maryland. What you will be doing: - Conduct QA/QC assessments in residential homes in accordance with program guidelines - Complete detailed and accurate field inspections verifying quantities and technologies aligning with utility rebate applications - Interact with contractors and homeowners answering questions regarding energy efficiency and additional energy savings opportunities - Contribute to the evolution of program strategies and the design of program features and services - Contribute to the deployment of program marketing and outreach campaigns - Coordinate with or schedule QA/QC activities such as field inspections - Prepare summary reports identifying additional opportunities found during QC visits Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel.
