Product Manager, CX – Developer Platform
Zero Hash
• Own the roadmap for our Developer Platform and all SDKs • Construct, maintain, and execute on the product roadmap ensuring timely and successful delivery of products, features, and enhancements • Interface directly with external clients in order to elicit requirements and product feedback • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, client services, growth, sales, and marketing to create outsized value and to coordinate cross-functional initiatives • Translate high-level concepts and strategies into detailed, actionable tasks and user stories using Jira • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations, particularly in the crypto and compliance domains • Collaborate with other product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Job Requirements
- Have prior experience with building a front-end product and building for developers (ie, B2B)
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools, particularly Jira
- Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL and have a strong understanding of database structure and mechanics
- Proficiency in interacting with and understanding REST API’s
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated – you have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong decision-making skills – you know how to make a decision, document why you made that decision, and pivot/iterate quickly when things change
- Humility – you are not afraid to ask questions and you don’t hesitate to recognize colleagues and give credit where credit is due
- Experience in crypto, fintech, brokerage, brokerage-as a service, or trading industries
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
