Role Description As the Senior Manager – Curriculum Sustainment, you will manage cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and drive project objectives aligned with organizational goals. • Own the roadmap for our Developer Platform and all SDKs • Construct, maintain, and execute on the product roadmap ensuring timely and successful delivery of products, features, and enhancements • Interface directly with external clients in order to elicit requirements and product feedback • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, client services, growth, sales, and marketing to create outsized value and to coordinate cross-functional initiatives • Translate high-level concepts and strategies into detailed, actionable tasks and user stories using Jira • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations, particularly in the crypto and compliance domains • Collaborate with other product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

• Ensure that implemented solutions are reliable, secure, scalable and provide a frictionless user experience. • Collaborate with other members of a multidisciplinary/scientific team to meet delivery goals, maintaining constant focus on speed and quality. • Support and promote a Continuous Delivery approach based on breaking deliverables into small incremental improvements, with full automation of deployment and testing processes. • Design independent code modules that exchange data via APIs. • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices, design patterns, and frameworks. • Work on the development and maintenance of the Company’s platforms, related services, and modernization of the environment to FastAPI.
