Role Description As the Senior Manager – Curriculum Sustainment, you will manage cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and drive project objectives aligned with organizational goals. You will be responsible for the overall management of the program, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. - Lead planning, execution, and closure of large-scale or high-impact projects. - Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. - Manage project risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation strategies. - Coordinate and supervise project team members and external partners. - Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular status updates. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, departmental, and organizational policies. - Monitor project performance; report on progress, deliverables, and outcomes. - Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration. - Prepare and deliver project documentation and presentations. Qualifications - Must be authorized to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship. - A Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (Master's preferred). - A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in federal or large-scale environments. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Own the roadmap for our Developer Platform and all SDKs • Construct, maintain, and execute on the product roadmap ensuring timely and successful delivery of products, features, and enhancements • Interface directly with external clients in order to elicit requirements and product feedback • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, client services, growth, sales, and marketing to create outsized value and to coordinate cross-functional initiatives • Translate high-level concepts and strategies into detailed, actionable tasks and user stories using Jira • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations, particularly in the crypto and compliance domains • Collaborate with other product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

• Ensure that implemented solutions are reliable, secure, scalable and provide a frictionless user experience. • Collaborate with other members of a multidisciplinary/scientific team to meet delivery goals, maintaining constant focus on speed and quality. • Support and promote a Continuous Delivery approach based on breaking deliverables into small incremental improvements, with full automation of deployment and testing processes. • Design independent code modules that exchange data via APIs. • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using software development best practices, design patterns, and frameworks. • Work on the development and maintenance of the Company’s platforms, related services, and modernization of the environment to FastAPI.

• Build and rebuild email templates and reusable components in Braze using HTML, CSS, Liquid, Content Blocks, and Connected Content • Develop scalable, modular template frameworks to support consistent and efficient campaign delivery • Implement dynamic content and personalisation using structured data inputs from multiple sources • Conduct thorough QA, rendering validation, and cross-environment testing to minimise defects • Troubleshoot template, data, and rendering issues to ensure stable production releases • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data teams to align migration requirements and dependencies • Support documentation of template systems, reusable components, and implementation best practices • Contribute to clean release cycles within enterprise delivery environments
