Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to assist executives in decision-making processes. - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, ensuring all details are handled efficiently. - Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships. - Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team. - Maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring easy access and confidentiality as required. - Support the company’s operational goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or service industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
