What You'll Do - Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through the assessment and review of new features - Manage customer projects by ensuring that we are meeting the scope as outlined by customers, and ensure all escalations are managed to benefit customer success - Support customers in the adoption of new features through conducting workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions - Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions - Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond - Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices Requirements - 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems - Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions - Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment - Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementation - Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25% Perks & Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance - Flexible PTO and company paid holidays - Retirement programs - 1% charitable giving program Compensation - Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000 - The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. • Provide technical and consultative leadership for solutions opportunities on a range of complex Federal engagements • Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements • Conduct design workshops, define IAM road map, define enterprise integrations for a risk landscape • Establish relationship with client technical counterparts • Work in conjunction with RSA Professional Services colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementations • Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures • Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to time, attendance, leave, and absence policies. • Design and configure work schedules, time entry rules, eligibility rules, and absence plans. • Support end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to time and absence processing. • Collaborate with payroll, HCM, and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration. • Assist in Workday implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. • Maintain functional documentation including configuration guides and process workflows. • Support production issues, audits, and compliance requirements. • Provide end-user training and support during deployments and system changes.
• Support and optimize MES SAP EWM integrations • Analyze and troubleshoot interface-related issues • Coordinate integration activities across international teams • Contribute to scalable integration architecture initiatives • Ensure stable and efficient interface operations • Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and warehouse stakeholders
