MSP RFP, Business Development Specialist

• Identify and hunt for relevant MSP-related RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bid opportunities in the US market • Analyze RFP requirements and assess opportunity fitment for the organization • Use internal platforms/tools to prepare and submit RFP responses • Coordinate with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and commercial inputs for submissions • Collaborate closely with MSP leadership for pricing, calculations, and proposal structuring • Manage the end-to-end RFP submission lifecycle • Track submission timelines, compliance requirements, and follow-up activities • Maintain documentation and records of submitted proposals and opportunities • Support business development initiatives within the MSP division • Continuously monitor market opportunities and procurement platforms

  • Candidates with technical sales or technical project management exposure will be given strong preference
