• You will help build our Compliance Operations function within Customer Success from the ground up • You will configure and operate our initial compliance and transaction-monitoring tooling and continuously refine the related processes • You will be responsible for operational topics related to transaction monitoring, KYC, merchant reviews, and licensing requirements • You will handle incoming alerts, assess cases, and derive appropriate actions • You will work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Product, Operations, and external partners to set up clean, scalable processes • You will be trained in additional Customer Success areas and provide operational support there, especially in onboarding, service, telephony, and ticket handling

• Du bist über den gesamten Kundenzyklus hinweg Ansprechperson, vom Onboarding über laufende Anliegen bis hin zur Vertragsbeendigung • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets • Du koordinierst intern die notwendigen Schritte und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenanliegen effizient gelöst werden • Du erkennst Muster im Support-Alltag und hilfst uns, daraus skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln

• You promptly and systematically contact our qualified leads (MQLs) — primarily by phone. • You conduct conversations following a clear funnel and sales playbook (no “freestyle” selling). • You quickly put yourself in the shoes of our SMB customers and drive deals to close. • You work methodically to identify your leads’ needs, prepare appropriate proposals, and guide them through our digital onboarding process. • You work data-driven and continuously optimize your conversion rates. • You regularly share data-backed feedback from your deals with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. • You participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.

• You will build wyn’s social media presence from the ground up — channel strategy, tone of voice, and visual aesthetic • You create content that doesn’t look like fintech but like a distinct brand — copy, imagery, video, Stories, Reels • You develop campaigns that scale: for brand building, lead generation and community growth • You analyze what works — and optimize consistently. KPIs are tools for you, not a checkbox • You stay ahead of trends before they become trends — and understand which are relevant for us • You work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and advance social as a standalone channel

• You drive our cross-channel marketing strategy — from content and SEO to social media, paid channels, and partnerships • You bring structure to marketing: campaign planning, project management, budget ownership, and performance measurement • You work closely with our CMO, Sales, and Product teams to keep messaging and positioning sharp • You turn social into a performance channel • You identify what works and what doesn’t — and consistently optimize based on data
