Role Description You’re a detail-driven colorist with a strong artistic eye and deep technical expertise. You understand how to balance creative intent with color science and are comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You communicate clearly, work independently, and take ownership of both the technical and visual quality of your work. This is an opportunity to contribute to a scalable, standardized grading workflow across a global production ecosystem. About the Role We are looking for a Freelance Motion Designer with a strong technical and creative profile who can combine high-quality animation, professional video editing, scripting and automation, and advanced use of generative AI tools to optimize workflows and scale content production. This role is key to improving pipeline efficiency, reducing operational time, and elevating creative quality, particularly for international and offshore clients. Key Responsibilities - Design and animate assets for digital, social, campaigns, and branded content. - Video editing using Adobe Premiere (editing, narrative structure, timing, versioning). - Create templates, toolkits, and reusable assets. - Develop scripts, expressions, and automated solutions in After Effects to optimize workflows. - Integrate workflows across After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and external systems. - Optimize rendering, versioning, and project organization processes. - Leverage generative AI tools for image and video creation and experimentation (e.g. Runway, Weavy, Veo, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar platforms). - Provide advanced technical problem-solving and continuously propose workflow improvements. - Collaborate closely with creative, post-production, and production teams. - Self-manage tasks and communicate directly with clients in English. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics and Post-Production. - Advanced proficiency in After Effects (mandatory). - Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere (mandatory). - Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. - Proficiency in ExtendScript / JavaScript / AE Expressions. - Experience building automation tools, scripts, internal utilities, or plugins. - Experience with, or strong interest in, generative AI applied to image and video. - Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (mandatory). - Availability to work on a US calendar. Nice to Have - Strong storytelling and creative judgment. - VFX and compositing experience. - Knowledge of 3D tools. - Experience coordinating projects or leading small teams. - Previous experience working with international clients environments. The Role: The Content Management organization at WPP Production is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to our client websites and other platforms across the globe. The Content Manager works closely with both the Content Management organization and external teams to ensure all client interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This includes ownership of the content management and publishing operations in support of our client’s product launches and other digital marketing programs, including setting up and managing page structure and content in a CMS (content management system). Core responsibilities of a Content Manager include day-to-day content management tasks, cross-functional collaboration across the Marcom organization, leading projects or initiatives from the content management perspective, and maintaining full knowledge of an ever-changing set of tools and processes. (Note: This is a role focused on top-quality content production and publishing, with strong experience in content management tools and processes. It is not a content creation, design, or marketing job.) Key Responsibilities: - Receive daily and weekly programming instructions from business DRIs. Instructions are received via client’s internal tools like Radar, Pitch, and Quip with other tools to possibly develop in future - Complete programming per instructions and to required deadlines. Programming takes place in client’s tools like DJ, Rubicon, and Conductor with other tools to possibly develop in future - Complete publishing preview and build requests via standard weekly store turn and daily “mini” refresh process - Review and flag error messages to be addressed by internal DRIs, tracking required corrections to completion - Raise support and engineering tickets for errors that cannot be resolved directly - Coordination with internal DRIs on monthly promotional plans to ensure conflicts are avoided with global and local programming requests - Contribute innovative ideas and feedback regarding processes, workflows, and tools - Reporting on total workload, issues and trends Requirements: - Relevant experience working on web production teams - Experience with localization and managing content for a global audience, using a CMS - Deep knowledge of how content management and other related system processes work - Experience working with a git client application (Tower, SourceTree, etc.) a plus - Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and enterprise CMS - Experience working on Adobe AEM platforms - Ability to work flexibly to allow for out of hours content push lives (time managed in coordination with Management team) - Record of troubleshooting and diagnosing CMS issues, and communicating those issues to both technical and non-technical personnel - Demonstrated success in business process improvement and re-engineering - Proven ability to manage ambiguity effectively - Experience creating/managing internal tools a plus - Excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment - Flexible personality and schedule to deal with rapidly-changing, time-constrained launch schedules - High degree of ownership and accountability - Ability to balance multiple project or assignments - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient #LI-YU1 #LI-Remote Why work here: At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale. On average, the successful candidates will be working with us around 341 hours a year and the monthly average is 31 hours per month. November and December are the peak season, and we may need you around 50-75 hours per month. It is an on-gong freelance work and you will be part for an exciting seasonal marketing campaign. Responsibilities: - Interpret test requirements and implement technical instructions required for the content validation - Perform test cases outlined in the test scripts to validate content staged for publication during various phases: staging, pre-live and live environments. - Conduct content validation across multiple platforms: wed, mobile app, etc. - Install and utilize multiple technical tools required for the testing/validation workflow - Identify and reproduce the bugs within the validation test cases - Accurately capture the bugs to create fix tickets while correctly assessing the gravity or importance of each issue - Appropriately escalate inquiries using concise and clear language - Maintain a malfunction log for reporting the bugs - Confirm that debugging is done accurately and update the malfunction log respectively - Learn testing platforms carefully and independently to ensure smooth functioning during testing activity Required Qualifications/Skills: - Based in US and willing to work in PST time zone - Commitment to flex hours: nights and some weekend hours, if needed, for business-critical campaign validations to support global business. - Ability to navigate through ambiguity independently and make decisions on the spot without having an immediate solution - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain critical thinking and business acumen under pressure - Self-starter and self-learner able to ramp up quickly in hi tech environment requiring minimal to no supervision - A relentless passion for perfection and a keen eye for detail - Team player with demonstrated ability to step in to help peers when needed - Excellent understanding how to file fix tickets to provide concise and clear instructions required for the engineering team to be able to replicate the bug - Previous experience in a dynamic and fluid environment is a must - Ability to transcribe discovered issues using concise technical language for the engineering team to reproduce the bug - Proven track record of minimal to no supervision during testing activities Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Testing experience across multiple platforms: web, mobile apps, etc - Native or near native speaker of the language, as well as English - Previous experience as a tester/validator in any testing category/field - Experience in interpreting test scripts and implementing technical instructions in real time validation - Proven experience working in a cross-cultural, multi-national organization - Experience working with ticketing and content management systems Schedule Requirements - Monday to Friday, flexible schedule within business hours required for the project validation - You may be asked to work outside of your core hours due to business need. - This includes weekends and night hours - Must have at least two IOS devices 2016 or newer, including a Mac - 100% work from home #LI-LS1 Why work here: At WPP Production, you’ll help shape the future of content production at a truly global scale.
