Role Description World Vision is hiring a Senior Technical Advisor, Protection and Safeguarding in Emergencies for an anticipated global emergency response project. The Senior Technical Advisor will bring best practices in Protection and Safeguarding to World Vision humanitarian response interventions especially for vulnerable populations in humanitarian crisis. The position will be approximately 75% focused on protection sector leadership in the consortium and 25% dedicated to our commitment to safeguarding. The individual will actively build a culture of safeguarding, where program affiliates (partners, staff, etc.) are informed and empowered to discuss key issues, report, and take action on safeguarding.
