Role Description Rejoignez un stage rémunéré, proposé en format 6 mois à plein temps ou 12 mois à temps partiel, au cours duquel vous contribuerez à développer une communauté engagée autour de la protection des zones humides. Vous soutiendrez les activités de communication digitale, de storytelling et d’engagement des audiences de Flamingo, une start-up à impact franco-suisse qui œuvre pour rendre les zones humides plus visibles, mieux valorisées et mieux protégées. Requirements - Vous soutiendrez les activités de community management et de communication de Flamingo, en travaillant directement avec l’une des cofondatrices. - Le rôle se concentre sur le développement de la communauté en ligne de Flamingo, la création de contenus engageants, la planification éditoriale et la vulgarisation de sujets scientifiques et environnementaux auprès d’un public plus large. Vos missions - Gérer et contribuer au développement des réseaux sociaux de Flamingo, notamment Instagram, LinkedIn et Facebook. - Modérer les commentaires et soutenir l’engagement des audiences sur les plateformes clés. - Créer des contenus, notamment des textes, idées de posts, stories, carrousels et reels. - Aider à traduire des contenus scientifiques et environnementaux en communications accessibles et engageantes. - Définir et suivre le calendrier éditorial, et proposer des ajustements si nécessaire. - Rédiger la newsletter mensuelle de Flamingo et soutenir l’optimisation des parcours d’automatisation. - Développer des partenariats avec des ambassadeurs et ambassadrices sur les réseaux sociaux. - Suivre les tendances, générer des idées créatives et proposer de nouveaux formats pour communiquer sur les zones humides. - Analyser les performances et recommander des actions pour renforcer la croissance et l’engagement de la communauté. - Participer occasionnellement à des événements, conférences et salons ouverts au public. Qualifications - Vous êtes étudiante en Bachelor ou en Master, avec un fort intérêt pour l’écologie, la biodiversité, la nature et la communication environnementale. - Vous aimez écrire, vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler de manière autonome, et vous maîtrisez le français. - Vous êtes motivé·e par l’opportunité de contribuer au développement d’une communauté porteuse de sens. Votre profil - Solides compétences rédactionnelles et de communication en français. - Fort intérêt pour l’écologie, la biodiversité, le climat, l’eau et la protection de la nature. - Intérêt marqué, ou réelle curiosité, pour les zones humides et leur rôle pour les populations et la planète. - Capacité à rendre des concepts scientifiques accessibles à un large public. - Créativité, sens de l’organisation et capacité à proposer des idées, des angles et des formats de contenu. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à distance tout en gérant un calendrier éditorial multicanal. - Maîtrise des codes liés aux réseaux sociaux Instagram, Facebook et LinkedIn. - Basée en Suisse et légalement autorisée à travailler en Suisse pour toute la durée et le taux d’activité du stage. Informations complémentaires - Il s’agit d’un stage rémunéré. - Deux formats sont possibles: 6 mois à 100 % ou 12 mois à 50 %. - Date de début souhaitée: début septembre 2026, ou plus tôt d’un commun accord selon la disponibilité de la personne candidate. - Lieu: stage entièrement à distance. La personne candidate doit être basée en Suisse. - Autorisation de travail: les candidates doivent être légalement autorisées à travailler en Suisse pour toute la durée et le taux d’activité du stage. Veuillez noter qu’un permis de séjour étudiant avec un nombre d’heures de travail limité peut ne pas être suffisant pour ce format de stage.

• Lead the People team: manage two recruiters and an office manager, run weekly 1:1s, quarterly evaluations, and develop their skills • Own the full recruitment cycle: plan hiring in sync with the sales pipeline, set priorities, run or oversee ~50 hires per year across specialist, leadership, and back-office roles • Design and optimize recruitment processes, train hiring managers (PMs, tech leads), and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and outsourcing partners • Run onboarding, workshadowing, and offboarding programs • Partner with team leads on quarterly performance reviews, competency matrices, development plans, and corrective processes • Step in when things get hard: burnout, conflicts, terminations, difficult conversations. You're the person leaders lean on • Advise C-level on hiring decisions, compensation structures, team rotation, org design, and succession planning • Own HR operations: contracts (B2B, UoP, UZ, NDAs), leave management, overtime calculations, invoice approvals, compensation reports • Build and maintain all people policies: leave, equipment, remote work, recruitment, bonuses, offboarding, benefits • Manage vendor relationships: Saltus (medical), legal counsel, payroll/accounting partner, training providers • Drive HR reporting: recruitment pipeline metrics, retention, headcount efficiency, and translate data into recommendations for leadership • Lead people initiatives: wellbeing programs, mentoring, feedback frameworks, strategic projects • Handle compliance: ISO 27001 audits, labor inspection requirements, access management across tools (Google, Slack, Jira, Recruitee, Calamari, and more) • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a party trick.

Role Description Join a paid 6-month internship where you will help grow a purpose-driven community around wetland protection. You will support digital communications, storytelling, and audience engagement for Flamingo, a French-Swiss impact start-up working to make wetlands more visible, valued, and protected. • Design, build, and maintain Android apps that communicate with hardware peripherals over BLE • Write performant, reusable, and reliable Kotlin code, the kind people don't dread inheriting • Take part in specifying, planning, and estimating new modules and features • Cover your code with unit tests and keep a TDD mindset where it makes sense • Review pull requests and give your teammates feedback that actually helps • Hunt down bottlenecks and bugs, including the ones that only show up on one OEM • Share what you learn: tech talks, internal docs, pair sessions, whatever fits • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a party trick

• Own the mobile side of a connected-product project: wearables, smart sensors, health-tech devices • Design and implement BLE communication flows that hold up in the real world • Debug real-world device interactions, including the ones that only happen on one phone in one room • Work side by side with firmware engineers, backend, designers, QA, and PMs • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions, not just execute someone else's • Communicate directly with the client: you won't be hidden behind layers of management • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a party trick

• Own and evolve the backend architecture for IoT projects: data ingestion pipelines, API design, infrastructure decisions • Make technical trade-off calls and defend them clearly to the team and to clients • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Timestream, S3) • Lead technical discussions: RFCs, architecture reviews, post-mortems • Mentor other backend engineers, raise the bar on code quality, and set patterns others can follow • Work side by side with firmware engineers, mobile developers, QA, PMs, and clients • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow • Challenge product and technical assumptions when something doesn't add up

• Build and maintain iOS apps that communicate with hardware peripherals over BLE • Take part in specifying, planning, and estimating new modules and features • Write and maintain unit tests (XCTest, Quick/Nimble) with a TDD mindset • Keep CI/CD pipelines in shape (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Travis) • Review pull requests and give your teammates feedback that actually helps • Share what you learn: tech talks, internal docs, pair sessions, whatever fits • Work side by side with firmware engineers, designers, QA, and PMs • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a party trick
