• Own recruitment end-to-end across our key roles: Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, PM, QA, and beyond • Run high-volume direct search as the dominant channel, not a backup plan • Build and maintain a real bench of pre-vetted candidates per key role, so we hire from a position of choice, not pressure • Use LLMs and AI tools daily: search strings, profile screening, outreach drafts, candidate summaries, reporting • Automate what's worth automating: sourcing flows, reporting, candidate communication. Build small internal tools when it makes sense • Select candidates by skills, red flags, and context fit, not just CV match • Improve our process and decision-making to spot risk before someone burns out a team or a client • Collaborate directly with hiring managers, PMs, and C-level • Share insights with the team, raise the bar on how we use AI in recruitment • In the long run, help grow and lead a recruitment team

• Build and maintain embedded firmware in C for STM32-based connected devices • Work inside the Modus SDK and the broader Cypress/Infineon ecosystem to make hardware do what the spec says, and a few things it didn't • Integrate and tune FreeRTOS: tasks, priorities, queues, interrupts, the whole discipline of not breaking real-time behavior • Tackle multi-radio architectures in practice: BLE and Wi-Fi coexistence, arbitration, throughput versus power trade-offs • Collaborate closely with hardware, mobile, QA, and the client's engineering team on cross-functional problems • Debug the unglamorous stuff: logic analyzer, scope, sniffer, logs that don't want to exist • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing inside the Firmware & Hardware chapter • Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as a party trick
