Grants Associate

World Education Services

• Coordinate critical grant administration activities and analyze data related to grantmaking • Manage and support special projects through all stages of WES’ grantmaking cycle operations • Support the administration of grants throughout the grant lifecycle • Develop and manage surveys to gather demographic, impact, and other data from grantee partners • Provide project management support to ensure successful implementation of special projects

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience coordinating administrative activities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong data management skills coupled with analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills
