• You engage directly with our customers every day, acting as their go-to contact for inquiries • You independently handle inbound phone and email inquiries, ensuring our service consistently meets the highest standards. • As the first point of contact for all inbound calls, you utilize a modern ticketing system to resolve requests efficiently. • You report directly to the Customer Care Team Lead, working hand in hand with your colleagues in Customer Care and Customer Success.

• Lead Generation: Using targeted and confident communication, you will establish contact with potential customers by phone, email or via LinkedIn, present our products and services, and generate interest. • Market Analysis: You research and analyze the Austrian market to identify prospective customers. • Networking: You develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network. • Stakeholder Management: You maintain contact with potential customers, answer their questions, provide additional information, and build trusting relationships. • Sales Support: You support our Sales team by coordinating and preparing appointments and assisting with tasks such as creating materials, with the goal of acquiring new customers and further developing existing key accounts. • Company Growth: You will make a significant contribution to Wemolo’s growth, success, and market penetration.

• You will support the expansion of our brand in Austria and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city • You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new clients in Austria with the goal of winning these and future key accounts for us and generating sustainable revenue growth • You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments • Using CRM tools and data-driven analysis, you consistently monitor your sales pipeline and KPIs • You continuously track your targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager • You work closely with colleagues from Product Development, Sales Development and Operations to continuously improve Wemolo

• Planning support: You assist with the technical planning of our parking areas and in determining hardware placement across the entire site. • Task coordination: You process incoming requests, keep priorities in view, and ensure reliable handling of tasks. • Detailed site planning: You create layouts and incorporate key details such as access routes, signage, and technical requirements. • Implementation focus: You participate in various project phases and ensure plans are complete, accurate, and ready for implementation. • Teamwork: You work closely with different teams and support smooth day-to-day coordination. • Flexibility: This position is office-based or remote (home office) and does not require on-site visits to our parking facilities.

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Debitoren und Kreditoren: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Verbuchung sämtlicher debitorischer und kreditorischer Geschäftsvorfälle, von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen über Umsätze bis hin zu Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungen nach HGB. • Effizientes Forderungs- und Zahlungsmanagement: Steuerung des Forderungsmanagements inklusive Mahnwesen sowie Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen, Banktransaktionen und der fristgerechten Abwicklung aller Zahlungen – in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. • Kontenabstimmung und Transparenz: Eigenverantwortliche Abstimmung und Überwachung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten und transparenten Buchführung. • Jahresabschluss & Prüfung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Wirtschaftsprüfung für die verantworteten Accounting-Bereiche. • Reporting & Business Insights: Erstellung aussagekräftiger betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Reports sowie Ansprechpartner:in für Stakeholder aus anderen Fachbereichen bei accountingrelevanten Fragestellungen. • Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in unseren Buchhaltungsprozessen, um Effizienz, Genauigkeit und Automatisierung nachhaltig zu steigern.
