• Customer Care: Du hast engen Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und bist ihr erster Ansprechpartner • Service Excellence: Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen und löst Probleme am Telefon sowie per Mail, um unseren Service auf höchstem Niveau zu halten • Optimierung: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Optimierung unseres Kundenservices und leitest Feedback an die jeweilige Abteilung weiter • Team: Du reportest an den Customer Care Team Lead und arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen aus den Bereichen Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering und Product zusammen • Complaint Management: Du behältst auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten sowie Kundenbeschwerden den Überblick und kannst de-eskalierend auf Situationen reagieren

Job Requirements

  • Dein Background: Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Kundensupport, Call Center, der Kundenbetreuung oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld sammeln
  • Deine Mentalität: Du lässt dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen und bleibst auch in Stresssituationen souverän und freundlich
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest gerne analytisch und suchst nach kreativen Lösungen für die Probleme deiner Kunden
  • Work Ethic: Du möchtest in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung arbeiten, Eigeninitiative zeigen und bist hoch motiviert neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du hast C2 Deutschkenntnisse und verfügst über grundlegende Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
