• Lead Generation: Using targeted and confident communication, you will establish contact with potential customers by phone, email or via LinkedIn, present our products and services, and generate interest. • Market Analysis: You research and analyze the Austrian market to identify prospective customers. • Networking: You develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network. • Stakeholder Management: You maintain contact with potential customers, answer their questions, provide additional information, and build trusting relationships. • Sales Support: You support our Sales team by coordinating and preparing appointments and assisting with tasks such as creating materials, with the goal of acquiring new customers and further developing existing key accounts. • Company Growth: You will make a significant contribution to Wemolo’s growth, success, and market penetration.

Job Requirements

  • Background: You have completed commercial/vocational training or hold a university degree.
  • Sales Experience: You have already gained initial professional experience in a sales-related role (Sales Development, Inside Sales, Sales Assistance).
  • Communication Skills: You are highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and present yourself confidently and professionally.
  • Drive and Organization: You are able to organize yourself, set the right priorities, and work in a very structured manner.
  • Initiative: You are an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on mentality and are excited to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Language Skills: You have German at C2 level and business-fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
