Share insights with operations leadership and partners to inform priorities and strengthen execution. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but is responsible for training, mentoring, and influencing district Fresh Leads, store leadership, and store associates across the region. This role supports accountability through coaching, disciplined follow-up, and partnership with District Managers and the Regional Operations Specialist. Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience supporting multiple locations, field execution routines, and performance coaching preferred. Skills and Abilities - Strong knowledge of Fresh operations including merchandising standards, planogram execution, DSD/receiving standards, inventory processes, reclaim/IRC compliance, and backroom organization.
