Job Description

Commercial Sales Support Specialist

Watts Water Technologies

• Accurately process commercial orders and maintain data integrity within the ERP system • Deliver timely and proactive order status updates to reps and customers • Communicate delays, changes, or issues clearly and professionally • Communicate shipping schedules, lead times, and delivery updates • Coordinate internally to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction • Support daily needs of the commercial sales team to ensure efficient operations • Manage order updates, pricing verification, and system entries • Monitor orders and proactively address discrepancies or delays • Assist in resolving shipping or delivery concerns • Provide prompt, professional email and phone support for order-related inquiries • Assist in preparing, revising, and tracking commercial quotations • Ensure alignment with pricing guidelines and approval processes • Provide basic product and technical support related to orders and documentation • Assist with submittals, documentation, and general sales operations tasks • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by VP of Sales or Company management.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (commercial or industrial preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
