• Regular and predictable attendance for required schedule. • Load and transport marketing materials (bottles, tents, tables, banners, etc.) for each promotion • Set up and break down event sites • Engage with customers to clearly explain who we are and what we offer • Conduct product demonstrations and provide Q&A with customers • Complete post-event reporting and provide feedback to the Design & Promotions Manager • Assist with community outreach programs as needed • Significant travel throughout Texas and surrounding markets, including out of state travel, approximately 35-40 weekends per year • Typical schedule Thursday-Monday during event weeks, must be able to work all 4 days during event weekends. • When not traveling or working events, the Event Specialist may work from home or from the local Watermill Express Office • Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner. • All other duties assigned.

Role Description The EHS and Compliance Manager leads environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across Watermill Express Manufacturing and Field Operations. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while driving a proactive safety culture and continuous risk reduction across the organization. The EHS Manager is responsible for developing strategy, policies, training programs, compliance systems, and performance metrics that reduce incidents, minimize risk, and protect employees, customers, and company assets. - This is a salary exempt position ranging from $100K-$130K DOE. - This position also requires EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. Qualifications - Experience developing and managing driver safety programs (Samsara preferred). - Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and workers’ compensation regulations. - Experience working with insurance carriers and loss control representatives. - Demonstrated ability to analyze safety data and develop actionable improvement plans. - Proven experience building safety culture in manufacturing and field environments. - Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software. - Bilingual Spanish preferred. Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Capable of bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, and walking job sites. - Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments. - Able to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours). - Ability to travel independently, including overnight travel. - Frequent travel is required across all 20 market locations in 8 states.
