Role Description The EHS and Compliance Manager leads environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across Watermill Express Manufacturing and Field Operations. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while driving a proactive safety culture and continuous risk reduction across the organization. The EHS Manager is responsible for developing strategy, policies, training programs, compliance systems, and performance metrics that reduce incidents, minimize risk, and protect employees, customers, and company assets. - This is a salary exempt position ranging from $100K-$130K DOE. - This position also requires EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. Qualifications - Experience developing and managing driver safety programs (Samsara preferred). - Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and workers’ compensation regulations. - Experience working with insurance carriers and loss control representatives. - Demonstrated ability to analyze safety data and develop actionable improvement plans. - Proven experience building safety culture in manufacturing and field environments. - Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and safety management software. - Bilingual Spanish preferred. WFP relies on funding from government partners to finance its operations. WFP’s major partners are constantly undertaking corporate as well as project-specific assessments of the organization. The Donor Review Management unit was created in order to optimize the management of these reviews. The Senior Manager will join a team of anticorruption professionals who design, manage, and implement a world-class anti-corruption program.
