You’ll help keep the team aligned, the client informed, and the delivery on track. As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll join a team that takes client success personally. Responsibilities - Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple technical disciplines. - Maintain documentation, schedules, and deliverable trackers for assigned engagements. - Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on status, blockers, and next steps. - Proactively surface risks or scope changes — and communicate them early to maintain alignment. - Participate in client and internal project meetings; capture actions and ensure follow-through. - Learn and apply Very’s standard delivery frameworks for agile, iterative work. - Participate in retrospectives and help identify process improvements. Minimum Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience in a technical or project environment (internships and capstone projects count). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams. - Ability to work with modern AI-based tools. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern engineering workflows (Git, Agile tools, cloud services). - Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts quickly. - Proficiency in Google Workspace and common project management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.).
