Role Description Volta Group is looking for an experienced Mineral Title Agent to support title research, ownership analysis, and curative efforts across energy and infrastructure projects. If you enjoy digging into complex chain of title, solving ownership challenges, and delivering highly accurate work product, we’d love to connect. - Conduct mineral title research using county records and online databases - Review deeds, leases, assignments, probate records, liens, and encumbrances - Prepare mineral ownership reports, title runsheets, and chain of title analyses - Identify title defects and recommend curative solutions - Draft and prepare recordable documents, including: - Affidavits - Memorandums of Lease - Assignments - Curative documents - Verify ownership interests, legal descriptions, and title position accuracy - Coordinate with county clerks and third-party vendors as needed - Maintain organized title files and project tracking documentation - Partner with project teams to ensure timely, client-ready deliverables Qualifications - 5+ years of mineral title experience (energy sector strongly preferred) - Strong understanding of mineral ownership, chain of title, curative, and legal land descriptions - Experience preparing title reports and recordable documents - Familiarity with county record systems and title research databases - Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional accuracy - Multi-state & Texas experience preferred Company Description

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working through complex land records, and takes pride in producing accurate, defensible, client-ready work product. - Conduct surface title research using county records and online databases - Review deeds, easements, liens, probate records, encumbrances, and ownership history - Prepare title runsheets, ownership reports, and surface ownership analyses - Identify title defects and recommend curative solutions - Draft and prepare recordable documents, including: - Easements - Surface Use Agreements - Right-of-Way Agreements - Affidavits - Assignments - Curative documents - Ensure legal descriptions and exhibits are accurate - Support document recording and tracking across jurisdictions - Maintain organized title files and project documentation - Collaborate with Land Agents, Project Managers, and Title Leadership to meet client deliverables Qualifications - 5+ years of surface title experience (energy, utility, renewable, or infrastructure preferred) - Strong understanding of chain of title, legal descriptions, and curative processes - Experience preparing recordable land documents - Familiarity with county record systems and online title databases - Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills - Multi-state experience preferred - GIS familiarity is a plus Company Description
Volta Group is currently seeking two experienced Land Managers to support ongoing infrastructure and energy projects. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 10+ years of land experience, a relevant degree, and active membership with either the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) or the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). The Land Manager will be responsible for overseeing land acquisition activities and managing field operations across assigned projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of up to 10 land agents and support personnel - Oversee day-to-day land acquisition operations, including landowner negotiations, easement acquisition, and project coordination - Manage project budgets and ensure land activities remain aligned with project financial parameters - Coordinate closely with title teams, project developers, and clients to maintain accurate ownership and property information - Monitor team performance, provide guidance to field agents, and ensure adherence to project schedules - Maintain compliance with applicable land acquisition standards and client requirements - Provide regular reporting and project updates to internal leadership and clients This position requires experienced land professionals who are comfortable managing both field teams and project-level coordination while maintaining strong relationships with landowners, clients, and project stakeholders.
