• Own program plans across cross-functional initiatives spanning platform engineering, delivery, and DSX teams • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact timelines • Drive program governance: status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates • Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and trade-off discussions across stakeholder groups • Build and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, and communication cadences • Partner with engineering and delivery leads to translate strategy into executable plans • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in how programs are run • Support post-program retrospectives and feed learnings into future planning

• Lead the project controls function across Volta's global portfolio of data center and infrastructure builds • Establish standardized cost control, scheduling, and risk management frameworks across all active projects • Partner with construction, engineering, and finance teams to track budgets, forecasts, and variance against plan • Build and maintain integrated master schedules across multi-billion-dollar capital projects • Develop dashboards and reporting cadences that give executive leadership and the Board a clear view of portfolio health • Identify schedule and cost risks early, and drive mitigation plans in partnership with project teams • Own the change management process, ensuring scope changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of project controls managers and analysts as the portfolio scales • Drive continuous improvement of project controls tools, systems, and processes (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore) • Serve as a key advisor to the COO on capital deployment, delivery risk, and portfolio prioritization

• Lead a platform engineering team: technical direction, design reviews, code review, and day-to-day delivery. • Set the technical direction for your team’s area of the stack. • Represent platform engineering in roadmap planning: translate product requirements into scoped, sequenced technical work. • Work closely with the bring-up team to surface operational pain points. • Collaborate with the security engineering team to integrate security guidance at the platform layer. • Coordinate with the other platform engineering leads on shared architecture, joint initiatives and cross-team delivery. • Own reliability, observability, security, and interface and versioning standards for the services your team ships. • Stay hands-on: take on complex or high-risk engineering work directly alongside the team. • Run post-mortems and close structural gaps after incidents. • Manage the team: 1:1s, performance conversations, hiring interviews and onboarding.

• Own Volta's safety strategy, standards and management system across all projects • Provide functional leadership to the safety leads embedded in each project team • Set contractor safety requirements, from prequalification through site execution • Run audit and assurance programmes across active sites • Lead incident investigation and make sure learning changes how the fleet builds • Build leading-indicator reporting that gives early sight of risk • Ensure compliance with safety regulation across multiple jurisdictions • Drive safety in design through early project reviews

• Own the design and automation of evidence collection for security and compliance controls • Build tooling that continuously and automatically gathers, validates, and organises compliance evidence • Partner with the wider security engineering team to translate control requirements • Work with platform engineering to embed compliance evidence collection into Kubernetes operators and CI/CD pipelines • Reduce manual audit burden • Own compliance tooling roadmap and prioritisation • Support external audits and certifications

• Own Volta's quality strategy, standards and management system across all projects • Provide functional leadership to the quality leads embedded in each project team • Set inspection and test plan standards across all major packages • Build vendor quality and factory surveillance programmes for critical equipment • Own non-conformance management and drive root-cause resolution across the fleet • Set the quality standards that underpin commissioning from level 1 through level 5 • Run quality audits and assurance reviews across active sites • Embed right-first-time practices and share learning across projects

• Own end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the EMEA region, from design through commissioning • Lead and develop regional teams across site delivery, design, and site operations functions • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and local authorities across the region • Track project schedules, budgets, and risk across the regional portfolio, reporting to global Delivery leadership • Partner with Land Acquisition and Power & Energy teams to align regional delivery plans with the site pipeline • Ensure regional projects meet Volta's global quality, safety, and design standards • Represent Volta in key regional stakeholder relationships, including local government and community engagement • Drive continuous improvement in regional delivery processes and playbooks

• Own cost, schedule, and risk reporting across a portfolio of concurrent projects • Consolidate project-level controls data from embedded Project Controls Leads into a single regional view • Govern baselines and change control consistently across the projects in your portfolio • Run portfolio-level risk reviews and drive mitigation across projects • Coach and develop embedded Project Controls Leads on cost, planning, and reporting practice • Interrogate contractor schedules and cost submissions across your portfolio • Produce clear, decision-ready reporting for regional and executive leadership • Apply and reinforce fleet-wide controls standards and systems across your projects • Support new projects entering your portfolio with baseline setup and controls mobilisation

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Finland project, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule and cost • Lead a full embedded project team across all delivery disciplines • Manage the general contractor and key vendors through execution • Hold the project baseline and run disciplined change control • Set the safety and quality culture on site from day one • Drive readiness for turn-up and commissioning with the DSX team • Own project reporting, risk and escalation to regional leadership • Build strong working relationships with local partners and authorities
