• Manage and oversee Paradigm Health’s contracted clinical trials from inception to completion • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key contact for study sponsors, clinical research organizations, and other stakeholders • Responsible for establishing standard project management templates and processes • Accountable for tracking project progress and KPIs, identifying potential or emerging blockers • Coordinate with key resources within Paradigm Health and client organizations needed to unblock progress • Communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders alike • Plan, initiate, lead, and manage clinical trials in partnership with service delivery teams • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables • Define accurate milestones, timelines, and budget management for projects • Oversee site selection, initiation, and patient recruitment deliverables • Work closely with Compliance Team to ensure all clinical trials are compliant with regulatory agencies • Serve as a primary point of contact between sponsors and internal teams • Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new business

• Work with companies to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM • Lead client engagement as first point of contact for ArcLight throughout the project • Manage ArcLight customer teams through the lifecycle of the project • Oversee budget, resource forecasting, and management of weekly financials • Work with consulting team to continuously improve ArcLight’s delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency • Own responsibility to manage relationships throughout the client organization including all project team members, business contributors and stakeholders, and executive management • Duties involve exercising project communication to efficiently task and manage internal and external teams, contain scope, and execute change requests as necessary, and identify and mitigate risks to the project

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level web development projects, including website redesigns, CMS implementations, and digital platform integrations, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget • Collaborate closely with marketing content strategists, marketing analytics specialists, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to define project requirements and technical specifications for web-based educational platforms and marketing sites • Manage the implementation and optimization of the WordPress content management system, ensuring scalable content workflows and user-friendly authoring experiences • Oversee the integration of design systems and component libraries across multiple web properties, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards • Coordinate the deployment and optimization of marketing technology stack, including analytics platforms (Google Analytics, DataDog), marketing automation tools (HubSpot) • Monitor project health through comprehensive reporting on timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ROI metrics, building and maintaining dashboards for sprint progress, delivery metrics, and workload visibility using tools such as Jira dashboards and Smartsheets, and providing regular updates to executive leadership with tools such as Jira and Adobe Workfront • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for web development projects, including user acceptance testing, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2), and performance optimization • Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates on development requests, proactively communicating progress, risks, blockers, delays, and tradeoffs to stakeholders; provide regular updates and track and communicate KPIs related to delivery efficiency, ensuring clear expectations on timelines and alignment across stakeholders.

• Leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization. • Managing critical workstreams including data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management. • Partnering with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and system integrators to drive project execution and business value. • Facilitating Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance. • Driving issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across multiple cross-functional teams. • Ensuring successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities. • Providing executive-level project communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management. • Leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve delivery execution and business processes. • Supporting global standardization efforts and helping establish scalable enterprise solutions for the future.
