• Own the Vulnerability Management Program: With the support of the security engineering team, prioritize, communicate, and drive a culture of ownership across business units for security issues • Drive Metrics and Program Review: Leverage metrics and regular program review to transparency communicate performance and drive accountability with both peer teams and upper management • Project Leadership: Provides expert leadership to highly visible and multi-faceted projects while motivating and fostering coordination across teams. Work closely with Software Engineers, Engineering leaders, Product Managers and other teams across geographies (US, IN, AUS) • Continuous Improvement: Build and improve project management tools, ongoing practices and mentor the team around best practices • Business Management: Help with organizational functions such as calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.

• Build and own a high-velocity talent pipeline, consistently generating qualified, cleared candidates for priority roles. • Run recruiting like a sales funnel, managing top-of-funnel sourcing through close, with a focus on conversion, speed, and quality. • Act as the primary closer for hard-to-hire, security-cleared candidates—overcoming objections, creating urgency, and driving offer acceptance. • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging market intelligence and personalized messaging to engage passive talent. • Partner closely with hiring managers as a deal team, aligning on priorities, tradeoffs, and hiring strategy to hit aggressive goals. • Continuously optimize recruiting performance, using data and feedback to improve outreach effectiveness, funnel health, and time-to-close.

The Cyber Security Lead plays a critical leadership role in our security operations, responsible for real-time threat monitoring, escalation handling, and mentoring a growing cyber team. This role combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to cyber defence, ensuring that security incidents are swiftly identified, analysed, and resolved while continuously strengthening our security posture. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement across our Security Operations Centre (SOC) and drive proactive threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and customers.

• Conduct in-depth research into how modern adversaries may evolve tradecraft to exploit or abuse generative AI tools, including LLMs, autonomous agents, and on-device assistants • Conduct hands-on research into adversarial prompting, jailbreak methods, tradecraft leveraging computer use agents and local models, and other AI-enabled attack vectors • Translate and implement research findings into actionable improvements for Origin’s products • Produce high-quality, public-facing security research content, including blog posts and conference talks • Stay abreast of cutting-edge offensive and defensive security techniques through continuous self-study and research • Serve as the subject matter expert in adversary tradecraft and security operations, supporting other business units on their projects as needed • Support other Researchers on the team with their research and actively engage in team-driven initiatives
