• Own Volta's quality strategy, standards and management system across all projects • Provide functional leadership to the quality leads embedded in each project team • Set inspection and test plan standards across all major packages • Build vendor quality and factory surveillance programmes for critical equipment • Own non-conformance management and drive root-cause resolution across the fleet • Set the quality standards that underpin commissioning from level 1 through level 5 • Run quality audits and assurance reviews across active sites • Embed right-first-time practices and share learning across projects

• Own Volta's mechanical design standards and reference architectures across the fleet • Review and approve project-level mechanical design deliverables against fleet standards • Lead technical decisions on cooling strategy, airflow management and thermal design for high-density compute • Partner with the Precon / FEP function to shape mechanical scope and strategy during front-end planning • Coordinate with equipment vendors on cooling equipment selection, lead times and standardisation • Support commissioning and the DSX team with mechanical design input for turn-up readiness • Manage mechanical design consultants and review their deliverables for quality and consistency • Feed lessons learned from live projects back into fleet-wide reference designs • Ensure mechanical designs meet applicable codes and efficiency requirements across jurisdictions

• Own the electrical reference designs used across all Volta projects • Govern application of standard designs on each project and manage deviations with discipline • Assure project electrical design from utility intake and MV distribution through to the rack • Review consultant and contractor electrical deliverables against fleet standards • Support power architecture decisions for high-density NVIDIA Vera deployments • Work with procurement on specifications for long-lead electrical equipment • Feed commissioning and operational lessons back into the reference designs • Coach project design leads on electrical standards and practice

• Own cost management standards, structures and reporting across all Volta projects • Consolidate project cost forecasts into a single portfolio view for leadership • Govern cost baselines and change control in partnership with project teams • Drive accurate value-of-work-done and accrual reporting across the fleet • Build cost benchmarking across projects, packages and regions • Support contract negotiations and procurement with robust cost data • Coach project controls leads on cost management practice • Improve cost systems, tools and processes as the fleet grows
